Hier eine Killer-Vinaigrette a la miKi (Zutaten pro Person): 2 EL Rotweinessig mit 4-6 EL Olivenöl vermischen, getrocknete Kräuter dazugeben (1 TL Basilikum, 1 TL Majoran, 1/2 TL Oregano), außerdem eine Prise Kräutersalz, ordentlich Pfeffer und 1 TL Senf. Vielleicht noch jeweils eine Prise Estragon, Petersilie und Thymian dazu. Gut durchschütteln. Mjam.
